Each of us must illuminate and warm our surroundings. In this cold world we cannot suffice with warming ourselves by donning a fur coat. We must light a fire warming everyone around us.
The Meaningful Life Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to personal, societal and global transformation through presenting the universal wisdom of the Torah as a blueprint for life. The Center is built on the belief that life is precious and that every individual has a unique and indispensable contribution to make, which affects everyone and everything, now and forever.
The Center provides a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere for people of all backgrounds to explore their spirituality and build a personal, loving relationship with G-d.
The Meaningful Life Center offers a wide variety of live and published programming for people at all levels. The dean of the center, Rabbi Simon Jacobson, is the author of the best-selling book "Toward a Meaningful Life."
“We stand at the threshold of a new time, of a heightened spiritual awareness and consciousness. Following the three major revolutions of the past, agricultural, industrial and the present computer and information revolution, we are about to enter the 4th and final frontier: the spiritual revolution. As opposed to the previous revolutions, this movement requires the active participation of each one of us. Global transformation can come about only through a grass roots effort and internal transformation. Each of us is a flame. Like a flame, we each have the power and the responsibility to light another flame and yet another, forever and ever, with the knowledge we acquire.
