I really enjoyed the class it was very helpful in what I need to learn, the instructor was very professional and even fun to work with I learned things that I've would have never thought of doing which can lead to other things that can be useful, I really look forward to the next class but hopefully we get to yes tools other then a paring knife!

Very basic course, I learned some fun things but I was hoping to learn how to carve flowers into a melon or creating more intricate designs in fruit and vegetables. Some of the stuff done was a little too "kiddy". Creating mice and pigs I have no use for.
