Using the natural elements of the world (fire, earth, water, etc) as a framework, we will begin to see the seasonal patterns around us to the seasonal patterns within us. We can then apply these Elemental principles to understand ourselves, our relationships, and our life circumstances to move toward strength, balance and harmony.

Class 1: Elemental Foundations
The seasons of the year - like clockwork, never altering in the big picture, for thousands of years. Begin to notice, then take it deeper.
Class 2: Elemental Life
Ever wonder where “instinct” comes from? When you pay attention, you find out how your personality & physiology move in sync with the seasons of life and find out how to achieve optimum wellness working with nature, not against it.
Class 3: Elemental Emotions
Gain a deep understanding of thought patterns and the emotions behind them. Learn to see them through the framework of the Integrated Element Theory so you are able to respond well and avoid over-reaction when outside circumstances are effecting you.
Class 4: Elemental Environment
What is the best approach to accomplish your goals? Timing is everything. Learn to be in harmony with the season you are in while taking steps to stay motivated in an environment that will keep you moving forward.
Class 5: Elemental Relationships
What strengths and challenges do you bring to a relationship (even non-romantic ones)? What talents and wisdom are others offering you? Use the Element Theory as a framework to ask for what you need and notice what others need from you.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
