Description

LoveHero is a meditation program designed specifically for children. A multistage class brings awareness to the energy in the body and then focuses it during meditation. LoveHero incorporates energization, breathing and concentration all supported by a child friendly theme.

During each class we focus the attention on the heart and become heroes by sharing love and compassion with friends, family and the rest of the world.
