Join Ellis, author of Hieroglyphic Power of Words, to gain a deep experience of this ancient living art. Discover the power of writing or copying hieroglyphics with your own hand. The more you inscribe an image and work with these symbols, the more you can expand your consciousness. Each word written in hieroglyphics offers an inner exploration.
Egyptian priests understood that language and thought they could create realities if the exact words were uttered at the right time, properly intoned, and filled with intention. They called their language of hieroglyphic symbols medju neter, meaning “the word of God.” These symbols were said to have been created by Isis and Thoth who presided over the goddess Seshet, keeper of the Akashic records. Their chant lines and repetitions, sound vibrations, and hypnotically recurring images, and hieroglyphs were intended to activate a trancelike state that allowed an individual to ascend into the heavens.
