Drawing skills not required. All skill levels welcome. Still new to painting? No problem! Effie will share easy to follow steps.

Students will walk away with a beautiful painting (or two!) and techniques that can be applied to future paintings and mixed media projects.

Supply List for Students to Bring:

This is a studio class and students will be using their supplies on the first week.​

• 1-2 canvases or panels, small to medium sizes
• a few 8x8 or 8x10 scrap / paint-over panels or canvases to practice during our lessons
• gold leaf, any color
• leaf adhesive (sizing)
• soft brushes for leaf application (watercolor or makeup kind)
• 1-2 metallic acrylic colors
• gel mediums or any other texture mediums
• Sealers and/or finishing varnish
• palette paper
• palette knife
• various acrylic paints
• various acrylic brushes
• quality paper towels like Viva or Blue Shop
