Description

This workshop explores how the Linklater Voice Method can help you fully experience the expansiveness and exuberance of Shakespeare’s language. Following a vocal warm-up, you'll work to embody the rich imagery in your Shakespeare monologue, delving into the poetry’s meaning to awaken a personal, authentic connection to the text. By engaging with the verse structure, linguistic elements, character objectives, and given circumstances, you'll discover greater clarity and a more active sense of purpose in your performance.
