Shara practices and teaches a therapeutic application of yoga focused on meeting the unique needs of each participant. This yoga practice cultivates mind-body connection and breath centering. There is a lot of attention on the breath as you move based on your inhales and exhales. As a dance teacher for children she channels and focuses their amazing imaginative and creative abilities. While inspiring a joy for movement, they connect as a group and create dance! Through improvisation games and various dance techniques, including modern, ballet, jazz, and hip-hop, children will have an opportunity to develop their movement abilities as well as their creative thinking abilities.
