Over two hours you'll learn how to jump and land properly, how to roll, and how to do some basic vaults. This course serves as a prerequisite for our regular Parkour Basics class on weekdays and weekends. KIDS-Intro to Parkour (Ages 9-14)

A 1.5 hour introduction to the very basic fundamentals of parkour for children ages 9-14. We'll cover the basics of jumping and landing, rolling, and some vaulting so that kids can get started safely in our Parkour for Kids program and our Youth Parkour program! This class is a prerequisite for all our other Parkour classes. Ages 9-14.
