At Pretty Lady Pole Fit our mission is to enrich the life of the everyday woman through unique and innovative ways. We desire to boost our clients self-esteem while promoting wellness through physical fitness. We carry out this mission with compassion, enthusiasm, and fun.
Pretty Lady Pole Fit instructors include personal trainers, group fitness instructors, choreographers, stay at home moms, and women from all walks of life. But most importantly our instructors are are everyday women! They may have full time careers, children, and lead busy lives just like you! They strive to show participants that all women have an inner seductress just waiting to be unleashed! Our ladies only studio is designed to be a secret getaway where you can let your inner diva play!
